This is my 7th week of working with her, and 10th week since starting this whole thing in August. I have lost 9 lbs since then and my BMI is down. So yay!
Goals for this week: somehow fit in three runs.

My goal is to lose 12 more pounds. Run a 5k in 31 min. I just shaved a min off my 5k making me run in 38 min. I want to reach these goals BY march. Thanks for asking and congrats on the loss!!
